We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Liaison to join our team at AccountAbility, a leading technology consulting organisation based in Melbourne CBD. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal team, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Customer Success team with phone and admin tasks, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and challenges
  • First point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Assisting with FAQs and escalating complex issues to the team
  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition into our services
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks to support the team's operations
  • Reporting and data analysis to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a mixed admin and customer service role
  • Ideal candidates will have a background in professional services organisations
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Keen to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Technology savvy with the ability to learn new systems and tools
