Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To:

  • Manage escalated customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders and respond to email and phone enquiries regarding sales orders and stock availability
  • Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate, and provide accurate information to customers about our products and services
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including dispatch and logistics teams, to coordinate and follow up deliveries
  • Run daily reports and conduct data analysis using SAP and Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the broader team to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all departments

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Excellent customer service approach and strong communication skills
  • Experience within a manufacturing (FMCG) or distribution environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects
