As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues, and providing a positive experience from start to finish.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To:
- Manage escalated customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders and respond to email and phone enquiries regarding sales orders and stock availability
- Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate, and provide accurate information to customers about our products and services
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including dispatch and logistics teams, to coordinate and follow up deliveries
- Run daily reports and conduct data analysis using SAP and Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the broader team to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all departments
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Excellent customer service approach and strong communication skills
- Experience within a manufacturing (FMCG) or distribution environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
- A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects
