Job Description
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and assist customers with inquiries related to our building products. You'll deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers, answer inbound calls and emails promptly, and contribute to the business's growth as a front-line representative.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage data entry for orders, credits, returns, and stock inquiries
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services
- Assist sales representatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of the building industry or building products (preferred)
- Experience in administration and reception roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
