About the Role:

The Customer Service Coordinator will be the first point of contact for guests, managing telephone and online bookings with precision and warmth. Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, you'll ensure a seamless guest journey, maintaining an upbeat and professional approach in a fast-paced environment.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Superior communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities in high-volume settings

  • Familiarity with reservation systems

Compensation Package: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus superannuation, competitive salary, flexible work schedule, opportunities to develop and enhance your professional skills, and a collaborative and supportive team culture.
