Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Regis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to our residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and clients
- Respond to all telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and documentation
- Perform general typing and data entry tasks
- Assist with staff rosters and training schedules
- Ensure the efficient operation of the front reception area
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
- Strong accuracy and data entry skills
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
- Ability to learn internal software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
