About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Regis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to our residents and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and clients
  • Respond to all telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and documentation
  • Perform general typing and data entry tasks
  • Assist with staff rosters and training schedules
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the front reception area

Requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
  • Strong accuracy and data entry skills
  • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Ability to learn internal software systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
