Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to the site management team, including coordinating meetings and events, ordering office supplies, and maintaining kitchen and office facilities.
  • Manage and coordinate catering services for meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective work order systems, purchase request generation, and invoice receipting processes to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
