About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Full-time Customer Service Coordinator to work with us, ensuring the efficient operation of our front reception area and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and clients.

  • Answering all telephone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintaining accurate files and documentation
  • General typing and data entry tasks
  • Ordering stationery and managing petty cash
  • Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules

About You

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Multitask and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
  • Demonstrate strong accuracy and data entry skills
  • Utilize PC literacy, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
  • Learn internal software systems quickly
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication, telephone, and customer service skills
  • Work effectively in a busy and constantly changing environment
Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
