Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Operations Coordinator to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating day-to-day activities to ensure timely and professional service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Receive and process all incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and third-party service providers to resolve queries and complaints.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable Manager to identify and address credit issues, such as over-credit limits or outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate transportation bookings and ensure follow-up on any missed allocations.
  • Prepare invoices and distribute them to the warehouse accordingly, posting or emailing them as required.
  • Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, including preparing and distributing monthly reports, customer complaint data, price increase notifications, and product change letters.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on dealing with customers via phone.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team leader/supervisor capacity.
  • Excellent written, telephone, and personal communication skills.
  • Able to liaise effectively with company management, employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
