We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Consultant to join our team at REA Group. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in driving adoption, retention, and advocacy for our customers.

In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support to ensure they achieve the best possible outcomes from our products. You will be responsible for delivering REA's long-term customer success strategy, which includes driving adoption, retention, and advocacy.

You will be a specialist in our SaaS products, providing proactive and hands-on support to customers to maximize the value they receive from these products. You will work alongside key stakeholders in product, marketing, and sales to define business customer needs and success measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver REA's Long-Term Customer Success Strategy: Drive adoption, retention, and advocacy for our customers
  • Sales Enablement: Provide timely feedback to improve products and services, strengthen partnerships, drive product adoption, and avoid revenue reductions or churn
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal customer experiences and outcomes
  • Customer Insights: Analyze data to identify and predict customer risks and opportunities, and translate insights into impactful actions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
