Job Description

The Senior Customer Success Director role is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a high-performing team in driving customer adoption, retention, and advocacy at REA Group.

We are seeking an experienced leader who can leverage their commercial acumen, people management skills, and technical expertise to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This individual will be responsible for building and leading a team of Customer Success Consultants who work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business value.

About the Role
  • Leverage your leadership experience to build and manage a high-performing team of Customer Success Consultants
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and advocacy
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to ensure alignment on customer needs and success measures
  • Analyse customer data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver successful customer experiences
About You
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in Customer Success or Account Management
  • A proven track record of delivering improved customer adoption and retention
  • Excellent people management and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
