About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Consultant to join our team at LexisNexis Legal & Professional.
As a Customer Success Consultant, you will engage with clients to deliver training and implement effective solutions, utilizing your strong understanding of the legal landscape and your ability to articulate customer needs.
Key responsibilities include delivering a minimum of 35 training hours per month, planning learning activities, identifying opportunities for new sales, and enhancing client knowledge of our products.
Requirements
- Law degree or equivalent knowledge of the legal landscape
- Experience in customer success or customer relationship, preferably within the legal industry
- Training delivery experience and proficiency in using platforms like eLearning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Authorization to work in Australia
