We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Operations Leader to join our team at Talent Right. This is a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and process excellence in a dynamic environment.
As a Strategic Sales Operations Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and leading high-performing sales teams, and creating reporting structures that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in sales process development, team leadership, and stakeholder management will be crucial in driving sales success and company growth.
About the Role:
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with business objectives, including process design, metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales performance improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales teams, and marketing departments.
- Create and implement effective sales enablement programs, ensuring sales teams have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes accordingly.
Requirements

- A proven track record of driving sales growth and process excellence in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with sales process development, implementation, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
