Australia's leading international Property Development company is seeking a Head Concierge to join their vibrant team in one of Sydney's most prestigious office spaces.

As the Head Concierge, you will provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests and tenants while managing your team effectively. Deliver prompt, courteous and personalised service to build and maintain excellent professional relations. Promote the building's facilities, manage requests, provide recommendations and resolve complaints. Maintain necessary documentation and records for the Concierge desk.

The role involves ensuring the Concierge team follows Tower procedures, including opening and closing, security, guest access passes and deliveries. Coordinate Concierge team start, break and finish times to ensure Tower coverage. First point of contact for high-level staff and clients, phone correspondence, managing passes and assisting with visitors' inquiries, preparing meeting rooms and ad-hoc duties or PA duties requested by tenants.

To be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years of team management experience, hospitality/Concierge experience is highly desirable. Professional presentation and friendly approach are essential, along with excellent communication and customer service skills and highly ethical standards and respect for privacy.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a stunning precinct located in Sydney's west. The salary package includes $100,000 - $105,000 per hour, plus superannuation. Other benefits include car park provision, discretionary bonus applicable and weekday shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
