The Star Sydney, a renowned entertainment hub in Pyrmont and Darling Harbour, is seeking an experienced Luxury Concierge to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional guest experiences and contribute to the hotel's commitment to excellence.

Estimated Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum

About The Role:

As a Luxury Concierge at The Darling, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Concierge desk, ensuring a positive guest experience, and promoting The Star Sydney as a leading destination. With a focus on individuality and luxury, our team strives to deliver personalized service and memorable experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction;
  • Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, departures, and other requests;
  • Handle guest queries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Create a positive work environment that motivates and engages team members;
  • Promote knowledge about our beautiful city and local area to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services management is desirable;
  • Outstanding passion for delivering excellent guest service;
  • Experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar;
  • Bilingual/Multilingual skills are advantageous;
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
