At The Darling, we strive to deliver the ultimate entertainment, hospitality, and dining experiences for all. Our state-of-the-art venues, including The Star Event Centre and The Lyric Theatre, have hosted prestigious events and international acts.

**Your Role**

As the Concierge at The Darling, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Concierge desk, ensuring a positive guest experience. You will play a key role in promoting The Star Sydney as a leading destination.

**Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and add value to the activities of team members by providing leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, and departures
  • Ensure guest queries are handled in a timely and professional manner
  • Create a positive work environment that facilitates team member motivation, builds morale, and teamwork
  • Promote and share knowledge about our beautiful city and local area, ensuring our hotel guests experience the seamless level of service they expect from a luxury hotel

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest service supervisor/management role is desirable
  • Outstanding passion to deliver excellent guest service
  • Opera Property Management System (PMS) experience or similar
  • Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous
  • Flexibility to work in a full-time capacity across a 24/7 roster (including mornings, evenings, and weekends)
