This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist/Concierge to join the vibrant team of a premium Property Development company in the CBD. You will be working in one of Sydney's most stunning and energized office spaces and will be the first point of contact dealing with high-level clients checking into the building.

As part of your daily duties, you will be responsible for:

  • First point of contact for high-level staff and clients
  • Phone correspondence
  • Managing passes and assisting and attending to visitors' enquiries
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Help co-ordinate company events and functions
  • Any ad-hoc duties or PA duties needed from the staff
  • Strong written and verbal correspondence on behalf of the company
