Concierge Services Job Description

Excel Building Management is seeking a skilled Concierge Services professional to provide exceptional front desk services to residents of high-end Sydney based apartment complexes.

The successful candidate will act as the face of the building, providing a professional welcome to residents and guests, and delivering industry-leading concierge services that bond Excel to clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 5-star service to residents and guests, ensuring exceptional front desk services.
  • Assist the Building Manager and Head Concierge with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing.
  • Monitor relevant movements of visitors, service providers, and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds.
  • Maintain databases, receive and answer emails, telephone, and security intercom enquiries.
  • Secure resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning.
  • Conduct internal and external patrols.
  • Complete Incident Reports when necessary and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure entry and lifts are tidy and presentable.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team.
  • Front of house or customer service experience.
  • Proven quality written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy (use of Microsoft Word and Excel, email, and BuildingLink).

  • Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and provide a Police Check upon successful recruitment.
  • Uniform is provided.
  • Training is provided prior to the first shift.
  • Immediate start is available.
