We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Business Support Graduate to join our management support team. As a Business Support Graduate, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, manage schedules, travel arrangements, and communications, and be responsible for coordinating various business deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to our executives, including managing their schedules, travel arrangements, and communications.
  • Business Coordination: Coordinate and track action on various internal and external business deliverables, often in partnership with external stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Support the coordination of monthly business reporting processes and provide analytical support to inform business decisions.
  • Travel and Event Planning: Efficiently schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for travel, meetings, and events.
  • Financial Management: Prepare invoices and bookkeeping as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • HR Support: Support onboarding and recruitment activities as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address challenges proactively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information and executive matters.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate great organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibit excellent attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong Relationships: Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external suppliers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Document Preparation: Demonstrated experience in preparation, editing, and formatting of complex documents.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Prior experience in a client-facing role is desirable.
  • Administrative Experience: 1+ years in corporate support or high-level administrative roles.
Working Hours and Environment

4-5 days a week, based on site in our Fremantle office.
