Job Summary
The Department of Education, Western Australia is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for the management of all student enrolments, student data, Approved Specialist and Gifted and Talented Programs, Accounts Payable and school purchasing cards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student enrolments and data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Coordinate Approved Specialist and Gifted and Talented Programs, including planning and implementation
- Process Accounts Payable and manage school purchasing cards
- Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, parents and the school community
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in business operations, including financial management and human resource management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Sound conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify appropriate solutions
