Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing business and client documents, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting with client project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of business and client documents and reports
  • Central point of client communication and liaison
  • Coordination of travel arrangements, flights, and accommodation
  • Completion of client billing and invoicing
  • Supporting with the preparation and setup of business workshops and events
  • Supporting with client project coordination
  • Arrange, coordinate, and facilitate business meetings
  • Assist in diary management for managers and partners when required
  • General administration support
