Business Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Programmed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with officers to compile and organise council reports, ensuring a professional presentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director and management team in preparing documentation for projects, and assets, promoting efficient service delivery
- Communicate with internal teams, external service providers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project deliverables are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work activities in line with legislative and city record-keeping policies and requirements
- Raise and process purchase requisitions for directorate expenses and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to the approved budget
- Provide administrative assistance by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics for meetings, committees, and workshops attended by the Director
