Commercial Coordinator Role
PERSOLKELLY is a leading recruitment provider in Australia, delivering quality temporary and permanent options to clients across various industries.
We are assisting a client, a prominent construction machine manufacturer, in seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of new machine and lease invoice processes
- Machine build cost sheet reconciliation
- Negative margin analysis
- Machine and asset stock take
- Job audits
- P&L analysis
- Debtor escalation
- WIP monitoring to ensure timely invoicing
- Month-end closing processes
- Approval of supplier invoices within limits
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement of existing processes
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial operations and principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
