Business Operations Coordinator Opportunity

At Skillforce Recruitment Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our valued client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and Manufacturing Support: Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Warehouse Support: Manage daily administrative operations, oversee import/export activities, and maintain stock levels.
  • Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customers and vendors, obtaining quotes and managing freight forward requirements.
  • Other Key Activities: Support remote accounting functions, process delivery dockets, and ensure processes are monitored and controlled for timely production.
