About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and optimizing our maintenance supply chains.
- Coordinate annual strategic planning meetings to align with commercial objectives and drive collaboration across teams.
- Develop strategies for external workshop partnerships to optimize capacity, improve velocity, and quality outcomes.
- Manage maintenance supply chain efficiency by anticipating variability in parts, labor, and asset availability to meet customer demand.
- Use planning tools to evaluate scenarios and assess risk and opportunities while ensuring alignment with the company's broader strategy.
- Track performance metrics to monitor progress and adapt plans as necessary.
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong experience in planning in a capital-intensive industry (mining preferred).
- A proven track record in asset management and lifecycle costing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
