This is an exciting opportunity to join the Bank of Queensland team as a Strategic Talent Development Manager. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation and embedment of Talent Management approaches that help BOQ Group identify, develop and retain talent aligned to our strategic direction and cultural aspirations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in talent management and business partnering, with expertise in programs such as early careers, high-potential middle leaders and future skills planning. You will consult across People & Culture to embed these approaches and drive strong commercial outcomes for the bank.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in strategically partnering across the business to design and deliver talent solutions and initiatives that support selection, retention and succession for critical talent cohorts.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, discounted financial products, salary sacrificing options and more.
