Job Description:

The ideal candidate will combine exceptional consultative selling skills, a passion for growing revenue, outstanding strategic vision, and a willingness to execute tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities
  • Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients within the Mid Market team
  • Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients within Emerging industries
  • Nurture and expand client relationships, cultivating and elevating post-sale connections to ensure continued growth and satisfaction among advertisers

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies, ensure high-level sales and operational customer service, orchestrate seamless campaign execution, and proactively enhance campaign performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience, a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals, and 5 years of hands-on experience in account management and client services within the digital marketing sphere.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
  • Knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying
  • Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
