Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Partnership Manager to drive company growth by developing and integrating strategic partnerships that embed Cashrewards into partner product experiences.
You will play a critical role in driving business success, reporting to our Group Product Manager for Growth Group. This is a 12-month contract role with opportunities to make a lasting impact on the company's growth trajectory.
Your Focus
- Become subject matter expert for the Partner Product, able to talk to customer experience and tech capabilities.
- Define Cashrewards' Partner Product long-term strategy and roadmap that aligns with the growth area of Cashrewards, and broader product strategy & roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to launch, drive engagement, and enhance new and existing strategic partnerships.
About You
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, technically proficient to validate and articulate technical requirements for Partner Product integrations. You should have strong prioritisation skills to balance short-term business priorities with longer-term strategic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and foster strong relationships with strategic partners and internal teams.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities with new or existing strategic partners and appraise these for alignment with our long-term strategy and objectives.
- Own and drive trusted partnership relationships to work towards achieving mutual business objectives.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Please note that this is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary.
