Strategic Capacity Planner for Global Operations

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with TikTok, a leading technology company in Australia, as a Strategic Capacity Planner for Global Operations.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement internal platforms for resource planning and optimization, empowering operation efficiency. Conducting user research and data analysis to translate user painpoints to requirements is also a key aspect of the job.
You will be responsible for platform features iteration, strategic analysis, stakeholder collaboration, team mentorship, and operational forecasting. Forecast demand and allocate resources for large-scale operational domains, particularly in content safety, ensuring the smooth operation of TikTok products.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of capacity planning and forecasting, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
Industry knowledge in content safety, supply chain management, or financial sectors is preferred, as well as the ability to adapt to high tempo environments and manage day-to-day challenges.
The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
