About the Role

This role involves providing day-to-day support and delivering critical financial analysis to inform business decisions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify trends, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us achieve our strategic objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management & Financial Reporting: Produce, review, and analyse key financial metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Planning & Forecasting: Assist in delivering accurate and timely forecasts and budgets that align with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide analytical support to internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the strategic plan.
  • Commercial & Strategic Analysis: Offer operational decision-making support to key stakeholders within the business, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
What You Will Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance, ideally 2-4 years of experience in a Commercial Finance/FP&A role.
  • Advanced-level Excel capability and experience working with financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with finance and non-finance teams to drive business outcomes.
