Job Title: Sales & Business Development InternJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Business Development Intern to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a Sales Intern, you will play a key part in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with sellers and industry stakeholders, identifying potential collaborators, and nurturing long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential sellers and industry partners, showcasing the value of our platform and building strong relationships.
  • Guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth listing of their inventory and addressing any concerns.
  • Propose enhancements to streamline onboarding and partnership development, working with the tech team to implement solutions.
  • Monitor key metrics and provide insights to shape strategic direction.
  • Support marketing efforts to promote sustainability through partnerships and various channels like social media and email.
Requirements:
  • Partnership Focused: You excel at building relationships, identifying collaboration opportunities, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Sales and Business Development Experience: You have previous experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of expanding business outreach and driving growth.
  • Prioritization of Interior Design & Sustainability: Your interest in interior design and sustainability aligns with INAUTALENT's values and marketplace vision.
  • Excellent Communicator: You are skilled in conveying value propositions and engaging with founders, partners, and sellers to foster strong working relationships.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: You manage details meticulously to ensure smooth onboarding and are adaptable in a dynamic startup environment.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A minimum of 3 days per week, up to 5 days per week, flexible work arrangement.
  • A monthly allowance provided to reimburse expenses.
