Sales and Relationship Manager

As a Sales and Relationship Manager at MRI Software, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in the existing client base. You will be responsible for creating advocates in the marketplace for our brand, reducing attrition rates through open and regular communication, driving whitespace revenue, and cross-selling other MRI solutions into existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain relationships with existing customers through online and face-to-face interaction.
- Act as a 'solutions expert' in helping customers with their unique business issues and strategic initiatives.
- Work with the broader sales team to share ideas, knowledge, and new business development strategies.
- Drive and manage the sales process, targeting whitespace opportunities, identifying client solutions, building and maintaining customer relationships, supporting/scheduling software demonstrations, negotiating, and administering opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Facilitate the sales administration process in Salesforce.
- Design account strategies and work with sales leadership and marketing to achieve short and long-term sales goals for targeted clients.
- Conduct 'outbound' call campaigns to drive individual initiatives.
- Exceed assigned annual sales/retention quotas.
- 2+ years of account management experience in the software industry or similar.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred, as well as the ability to network within the industry.
- Demonstrated track record in adding value through client relationships to increase revenue over a sustained period, exceeding sales targets, and the ability to work with key stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline preferred, yet not required.
- Salesforce experience preferred, yet not required.
