Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Podcast Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our podcast business in Australia. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales plans, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and work closely with our content team to identify commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and present sales plans and proposals to clients
- Manage relationships with podcasters, advertisers, and media agencies
- Collaborate with the content team to understand commercial opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the podcast industry and market trends
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
