About the Role
The Sales Growth Strategist role will occupy a pivotal position in growing ArchiPro's expansion market of Australia by leading a team of Inside Sales Specialists, Business Development Managers, and New Business Directors to grow our client base. Your primary goal is to help grow a high-performing team who onboard the right clients while ensuring they hit revenue and client acquisition targets.
As the Sales Growth Strategist, your commercial and sales acumen will drive the success of ArchiPro. You'll balance supporting your team with client proposals and focusing on strategic growth. The Commercial Team is the driving force behind the revenue that fuels our continuous product evolution in the architectural world.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 8 made up of Inside Sales Specialists, BDMs, and New Business Directors to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Analyse supplier onboarding processes and results, leveraging data to refine approaches and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of supplier acquisition.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
- Establish strong, ongoing relationships with new suppliers, serving as a reliable advisor and ensuring they're well-supported in their transition and continued partnership with ArchiPro.
Requirements
- Proven Experience in Sales Leadership: Over 10 years of experience in growing and leading sales teams.
- Proven Experience in Advertising and Media: Over 10 years of experience in advertising and media sales, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of media sales and advertising solutions that drive business growth and brand engagement.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning Skills: Ability to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and integrate new suppliers into a dynamic marketplace.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges, to better align strategies with potential suppliers' realities.
- Strong Negotiation and Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals, ensuring both the company's and suppliers' needs are met profitably.
