Job Overview
As a Business Development Executive at Fresha, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our partnerships in Australia.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the AU market. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for consistently achieving sales targets, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, product demos, and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1 year of solid B2B sales experience
SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms experience is highly desirable
A true hunter and relationship builder
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Naturally curious and desire to continually grow and develop

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to professional development opportunities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
