: carsales is a leading automotive marketplace, and we're seeking an experienced Senior Digital Sales Manager to join our team in Sydney. This role will play a key part in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional results for our dealer clients.

Estimated Salary

: We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you'll also receive a range of benefits, including 22 weeks paid parental leave and four weeks paid secondary caregivers' leave.

Job Description

: As a Senior Digital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of dealer clients across Sydney. Your primary objective will be to grow sales and revenue by working closely with clients to identify new opportunities and develop effective digital strategies. You'll need to adapt a data-led approach to meetings and interactions, gathering compelling insights and results to create engaging presentations that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

: Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to grow sales and revenue for your portfolio of clients;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including account managers and sales teams;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions;
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on digital media and marketing strategies;

Required Skills and Qualifications

: To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong track record of sales experience, ideally in a similar Account Management role. You should also have a good understanding of digital media and/or the auto industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you'll need to be able to build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders and deliver engaging presentations to a variety of audiences.
