We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager/Business Development Manager to join our team at Talent Web. As a key player in driving our ambitious growth plans, you will have the opportunity to combine your sales expertise with a genuine passion for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets, leveraging your knowledge of B2B sales and business development.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through high-level outbound activity, utilizing the company's proven sales methodology.
  • Closing Deals: Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to close deals effectively, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through a consultative sales approach.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows, collaborating with channel partners to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes and CRM utilisation, driving data-driven sales approaches.

About You:

  • Sales Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, with a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Sustainability Knowledge: Strong understanding of sustainability trends and their impact on businesses, combined with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, utilising CRM systems (we use HubSpot) and data-driven sales approaches.
  • Australian Working Rights: Full Australian working rights required.

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 + Super + generous commission structure, flexible work arrangements, ongoing professional development and training opportunities, generous leave entitlements, and the chance to be part of a fun, outgoing team making a real difference in the world.
