We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy and drive revenue expansion in the sustainable solutions sector.

Opportunity Overview:

This role offers a unique blend of sales expertise and passion for sustainability, with a focus on driving our ambitious growth plans. You'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, build a strong sales pipeline, and represent our brand at industry events.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through high-level outbound activity
  • Utilise our proven sales methodology to qualify leads and close deals effectively
  • Represent our brand at industry events and trade shows
  • Collaborate with channel partners to maximise sales opportunities
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences through a consultative sales approach
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes and CRM utilisation

Your Ideal Background:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of sustainability trends and their impact on businesses
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems (we use HubSpot) and data-driven sales approaches
  • Full Australian Working Rights required

A Competitive Package:

We offer a salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 + superannuation, plus a generous commission structure, flexible work arrangements, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
