We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy and drive revenue expansion in the sustainable solutions sector.

Opportunity Overview:
This role offers a unique blend of sales expertise and passion for sustainability, with a focus on driving our ambitious growth plans. You'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, build a strong sales pipeline, and represent our brand at industry events.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through high-level outbound activity
- Utilise our proven sales methodology to qualify leads and close deals effectively
- Represent our brand at industry events and trade shows
- Collaborate with channel partners to maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through a consultative sales approach
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes and CRM utilisation
Your Ideal Background:
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of sustainability trends and their impact on businesses
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems (we use HubSpot) and data-driven sales approaches
- Full Australian Working Rights required
A Competitive Package:
We offer a salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 + superannuation, plus a generous commission structure, flexible work arrangements, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
