About the RoleThe successful applicant will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands to ensure all administrative processes are completed in accordance with Institute and University requirements.
- Coordinate the administrative requirements and provide support to program coordinators and designated discipline groups;
- Provide administrative support for program accreditation and re-accreditation processes;
- Contribute to marketing and engagement activities;
- Plan, organise, and deliver Institute events, activities, and student retention by coordinating and implementing administrative requirements.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth. We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
About YouYou will possess:
- Experience in supporting program development, accreditation/re-accreditation, and delivery activities in a higher education setting;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to prepare agendas and minutes, and draft complex documents;
- Ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders to deliver quality customer service.
