About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to lead our team and ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of our practice.
This pivotal role involves overseeing administrative functions, managing workflows, and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal productivity.
- Act as the main point of contact for staff and management regarding office policies and procedures, maintaining clear communication channels.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organised, and fully equipped, meeting health and safety standards.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Organise meetings, appointments, and events, coordinating logistics and arrangements.
- Maintain and update schedules for management and teams, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, implementing measures to mitigate risks.
- Handle internal and external correspondence, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
- Liaise with IT support for technical issues and system upgrades, resolving problems efficiently.
- Support management with special projects and reports, providing valuable insights and analysis.
- Coordinate cross-departmental tasks and initiatives, driving collaboration and synergy.
Skills and Experience:
- No prior experience is essential, but relevant skills in client services, telephone answering, and greeting clients in person would be beneficial, especially in the professional services industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced working environment, prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Proven ability to be a team player, willing to take on diverse responsibilities and contribute to the firm's success.
- High technical competency with the MS Office suite, with some exposure and understanding of cloud applications.
