The Position
Be part of our Health Services team in this newly created administrative role. The main responsibilities include administering policies and procedures, providing service and support to teams, services, or functions.
- Permanent Full-time - 7.6 hr shift

- Working from the Ballarat office
This role involves Remote working, with potential face-to-face client contact for service promotions, as per business requirements.
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Health Services, the Health Services Administrative Coordinator will provide business and operational support through the coordination and administration of various procedures. This includes scheduling day-to-day work processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and liaising with others outside the team. This role may also involve supporting specific teams and providing administration support for services, projects, or special events designed to support the function or integratedliving.
In this role, you will implement procedures based on internal guidelines, relevant legislation, informed by precedence, knowledge, experience; escalate decisions outside of the procedure and make recommendations for appropriate action. You will be accountable for meeting agreed service standards and/or timeframes for completing procedures relating to business and operational activities such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, HR administration, and operational service provision. This role involves analyzing and collating reports and statistical information and presenting within the area of activity.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration, Allied Health, Nursing Support, or similar OR,
- Over 2 years' experience in working in an administrative support role in a human services business such as aged care or healthcare
- Exceptional organizational skills to support a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse clients and groups
- Confident in using different forms of technology such as Microsoft 365 applications, video conferencing via MS Teams, Zoom, laptops, emails, and internet
- Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing industry
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet KPIs
