We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team for a 12-month administrative role to support our Finance and Corporate Services department.

This position involves general reception duties, including answering calls, taking accurate messages, and maintaining office operations.

You will also be responsible for administering tasks such as ordering office supplies, liaising with customers and suppliers, and supporting our growing Finance team with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and data entry.

To be successful in this role, you should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong computer literacy, excellent attention to detail, and effective time management skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a pleasant phone manner, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
