About the Role

You will provide fee advice and assistance to a diverse range of internal and external clients, managing a variety of administrative tasks including invoicing, collection, refunds, and reconciliation of domestic and international student fees.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely advice to all clients;
  • Managing the invoicing process for student fees and ensuring that student invoice communications are generated effectively;
  • Coordinating the allocation and reporting of tuition fee scholarships and waivers;
  • Collections and remittance of outstanding fees to partner providers, with a focus on reconciliation of student fee income, expenditure, and general ledger accounts.
About You

This role requires initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail. As a key member of the Student Finance team, you will develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the student lifecycle and relevant policy, procedure, and legislation.

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of financial functions and processes;
  • Ability to provide student advice, research, analyze, interpret, and evaluate information;
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of stakeholders in a cross-cultural context, demonstrating a commitment to quality service delivery;
  • Collaborative and effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an estimated annual salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000, commensurate with experience, plus attractive benefits package, providing opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive work environment.
