**Job Overview**
We're seeking a talented Agency Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor and competitive seller, you'll maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You'll work closely with company owners to make a real difference in their businesses, helping them grow and innovate.
**Responsibilities**
- Cultivate and consult with agencies to extend relationships, increase customer and agency advertising investment.
- Deliver strategic goals on new and existing business while prioritizing an excellent business experience for our managed agency partners.
- Develop compelling, data-driven agency plans leveraging market insights and research, synchronizing agency plans with internal cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner for executive-level teams, including Media Planners and Buyers, on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.
- Analyze data trends, develop strategic business plans, and prepare/present pitches and business presentations.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of digital marketing industry experience in advertising, sales, business development, or partner management.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Agreement/partnership management experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Autonomous experience in dynamic environments.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial benefits, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
- Complex partnership management experience.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
We offer a fixed-term contract position. Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
