Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Datacom. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and innovation through strategic partnerships.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a programmatic approach to engage with key stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers. You will work closely with our business leaders to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual success.

About the Role

As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will have a strong understanding of the IT supply chain in Australia and New Zealand, including channel management programs. You will also have excellent business acumen, financial management skills, and experience in managing and mentoring people and teams.

You will be responsible for implementing a structured approach to vendor relationships, ensuring contracts and business plans are negotiated in line with strategic aims and financial constraints. You will also work to ensure that external agencies and suppliers understand the full capability of Datacom and see us in the best light.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a programmatic approach to engage with key stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual success
  • Negotiate contracts and business plans with external agencies and suppliers
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure they understand Datacom's capabilities
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the IT supply chain in Australia and New Zealand, including channel management programs
  • Excellent business acumen and financial management skills
  • Experience in managing and mentoring people and teams
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and business plans with external agencies and suppliers
