Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead our marketing efforts in the ANZ region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic alliances.

You will work closely with our sales, operations, and finance teams to craft compelling narratives that showcase the value of our partnerships. Your expertise in market research, data analysis, and technology trends will be invaluable in identifying key opportunities for alliance-driven marketing activities.

In this role, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including our valued partners and clients. Your ability to collaborate effectively across global teams will ensure seamless execution of joint marketing programs and maximize joint value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic alliances.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to craft compelling narratives that showcase the value of our partnerships.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including our valued partners and clients.
  • Collaborate effectively across global teams to ensure seamless execution of joint marketing programs and maximize joint value propositions.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in a senior marketing role within the technology services industry.
  • Strong external presence in the ANZ market.
  • Intuitively collaborative, works well across global marketing, sales, operations, HR, communications, and finance as one team.
  • Proven ability to lead a team as referenced by outstanding employee engagement scores.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Confident decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budget, financial skills to understand a P&L.
  • Analytical mindset, data-driven skills (digesting data quickly, extracting insights to identify next best actions).
  • Professional and entrepreneurial work ethic, while able to work in a matrixed organization.
  • Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing role within the technology services industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and technology trends.
