Strategic Account Manager

At NRI Australia Limited, we're a leading IT business solutions provider, offering a wide range of services including IT management, consulting, cloud solutions, business intelligence & big data analytics.
This is an exciting sales opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive or Account Director who is well-connected in New South Wales and has worked within the IT consulting, IT integration, or similar industries.
We're looking for someone to grow our presence in the market by selling our offerings to new accounts and increasing penetration into existing ones. You'll be supported by subject matter experts from our practices as needed, particularly during pre-sales discussions with clients.
Key Responsibilities- You will be accountable for NRI's relationship with clients.
- Develop and manage the account plan for allocated accounts.
- Assemble a comprehensive view of all work undertaken by NRI across the accounts.
- Foster multiple connections into the accounts through NRI practices and leaders.
- Safeguard NRI's long-term client relationships by advocating their interests.
- Gain deep knowledge of and insights into the accounts (trends, drivers, preferences etc) to leverage.
- Develop sales plans and follow agreed processes and standards, utilizing NRI representatives, relationships, and capabilities as necessary to deliver sales targets assigned.
- Strong technology and sales background.
- A track record of achieving realistic regional sales targets.
- The ability to identify new business opportunities and prioritize markets/opportunities to achieve growth targets.
- Demonstrated experience identifying potential growth capability areas via partnering or acquisition.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an enthusiastic professional able to engage and work closely with our clients, gain their trust, and position yourself as the NRI expert. You'll require excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, along with a friendly, enthusiastic, and ambitious personality to fit in with our team.
