About the Role:

At Onset Group, we're seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Business Development Manager to lead and expand one of our flagship enterprise accounts. As a trusted advisor and revenue driver, you'll strategically align our solutions with your client's vision, driving growth and transformation.

You'll Thrive in This Role If:

  • You have a history of excellence in enterprise sales, combining hunting and farming skills within major accounts.
  • You excel at identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving growth.
  • You have 5+ years in enterprise account management, ideally in technology or solutions-driven environments.
  • You're skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and working with senior-level stakeholders.
  • You thrive on setting goals, driving results, and taking ownership of outcomes.
