About the Role:
At Onset Group, we're seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Business Development Manager to lead and expand one of our flagship enterprise accounts. As a trusted advisor and revenue driver, you'll strategically align our solutions with your client's vision, driving growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the strategic partner for a top-tier client, driving revenue growth and deepening client connections.
- Leverage comprehensive solutions to address clients' biggest challenges and support their future vision.
- Maximise your influence and impact by embedding our solutions into your client's strategy, shaping their future and ensuring lasting success.
You'll Thrive in This Role If:
- You have a history of excellence in enterprise sales, combining hunting and farming skills within major accounts.
- You excel at identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving growth.
- You have 5+ years in enterprise account management, ideally in technology or solutions-driven environments.
- You're skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and working with senior-level stakeholders.
- You thrive on setting goals, driving results, and taking ownership of outcomes.
