Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our largest enterprise customers.

About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you will develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our strategic objectives and the needs of our customers. This involves regular interactions with key decision-makers and stakeholders to advocate for customer needs and to drive business growth.

You will promote EROAD's innovative, safety-focused solutions and ensure that customers are fully utilising our technology to achieve their goals. By doing so, you will play a significant part in facilitating successful contract renewals and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow our largest enterprise customers through proactive relationship-building and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our strategic objectives and the needs of our customers.
  • Promote EROAD's innovative, safety-focused solutions and ensure that customers are fully utilising our technology to achieve their goals.
  • Facilitate successful contract renewals and foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of exceptional key account management experience (or similar), with a proven history of managing large, complex clients.
  • Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Quick to learn and articulate technical solutions.
  • Experience in the transportation and construction industries is a bonus.
  • Able to travel locally within Sydney a few days a week, and possibly quarterly interstate travel.
