As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in refining our go-to-market strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. With your exceptional leadership skills and expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, and customer success strategies, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a market-leading account management strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data-driven insights and leverage strong relationships with key accounts to deliver exceptional results.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to ensure seamless customer experiences and exceed targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Account Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles, preferably within SaaS or HR industries.
  • A proven track record of closing large, complex sales and over-delivering revenue targets.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, and customer success strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
