Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for leading our Account Management teams in driving revenue growth and customer relationship nurturing.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a market-leading account management strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data-driven insights to exceed revenue targets.
  • Built strong, trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to deliver exceptional value.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Account Management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales metrics to inform business decisions and optimize performance.

About You

  • You have 8+ years of proven leadership experience in Account Management/Customer Success roles.
  • You have success in customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS or HR industries.
  • You have a strong history of closing large, complex sales and over-delivering revenue targets.
  • You possess expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, and customer success strategies.
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with key stakeholders.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
